Has Anyone experienced this problem. I used to be able to
double click on email attchment .jpg files. The box would
pop up asking for me to save it or open it. I would choose
open it and Windows Picture viewer would start and show me
the file. Now when I do it, the Picture Viewer starts but
doesn't load the photo. In fact the viewer never pops up
just the bar saying Picture Viewer. The funny thing is if
I save the file, then go over to the file while NOT in
outlook and double click it, it comes right up. Has anyone
had this problem?
