I am running Windows XP and Office 2003 professional. I am having trouble
viewing .jpg attchments to emails in Outlook. when I click on the
file/attachment it takes me to Picture Manager but the picture will not come
up. I get generic icons and it shows the file type:COM/File size as 0 bytes
and dimensions as 0 pixels X 0 pixels. If I right click and save as to My
Pictures the file is fine and I can view in Picture Manager. This seems to
only be in Outlook. I have many other .jpg file that I can look at just fine.
I have also gotten a file location is empty. I have uninstalled Outlook and
re installed and I have also run the repair office to no avail. Any Ideas.
