.jpg goes Grayscale

I am trying to insert a color .jpg file into a Publisher
2000 document. When the picture appears in the document
it has gone gray scale. I don't get an error message or
anything else. I have resaved as .bmp and .tif and gotten
the same result.

Check your settings under Tools > Commercial Print Tools > Color Printing
