I am an old granny with zero skills. I have this problem When I click on
the Jpeg (which I use to be able to open) I just get a screen from word with
numbers and little boxes instead of writing. It has a choice of windows
default, ms-dos or other but nothing that changes to pictures instead of
work? Please give a step by step as I am not into computereze? thanks
