Any half decent OCR software should do this - Finereader would be my
preferred choice.
Some proprietary fax software - eg Winfax - has an OCR component, though you
may have to convert the jpg to a compatible graphics format.
Office XP has rudimentary OCR built in using its Document Scanning tool, but
you would probably have to print the document and rescan it to use it.
