JRE2 with MS FrontPage 2000

I have installed Java 2RE (1.4.2) on my w2k Pc for web
interface to one of the HP OpenView product. I have my
corporate intranet site. With this J2RE I don't see icons
on my intranet site. But if I disable Java using IE5.5-
Tools->Internet Options->Advance, I can see.

Our Intranet designers have used MS FrontPage 2000.

Do anybody have solution to my problem?
