jumbled up webpage

Is there any way to freeze everything on my webpages, so when they are
viewed by other computers with different viewing resolutions, it will
not be jumbled up on their screens???

Place the entire content of the page in a main fixed width div or table, and then center
the div or table using CSS.
A good size for the div or table is 760 pixels.
