Junk E-mail filter update

[LISSJMC]

I have downloaded and ran the following update a number of times
office2003-kb870765-fullfile-enu.exe.
Each time I get an error msg saying "The Update was not applied".
Where should I start to debug this?
Does it look for a file? If so, which one?
