Junk E-mail

I have received e-mail from friends that originally end up in junk-mail. I
understand that. I right click the message and select "add to safe senders
list". I look in the safe senders list and the url is there. However, I
still get e-mail from that sender placed in the "junk" mail folder. I also
have situations where normally save senders all of a sudden show up in Junk
Mail Folder. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Outlook 2003 -
SP1 - XP Professional
