junk email box has a red circle with a line throught it

Just today, my junk email box has a red circle with a line through it and all
of my junk email is going to my in box. My junk email filter is set on
"high" and I have no email rules. I changed the filter from "low" to "high"
to see if that was the issue. I'm totally stuck.

So your spam is filtered out and your Junk Email folder shows the correct
icon. What's the issue?

the problem is that all of my junk email is going to my in box

Thanks for your response, Randy. But I checked, and my email address is NOT
added as a safe address - in fact I have nothing added as a safe address
