I regularly get the message "You don't have appropriate permission to perform
this operation" when outlook scans my incoming email based on rules that I
have setup, to delete junk emails. The emails that cause this error to pop-up
are sent from the admin account of the junk emailer. I am the administrator
of our operation. If I run the rules manually I don't get this
message. The Rules are all 'enabled' in the Rules Wizard window. Outlook no
longer deletes the messages from these junk emailer anymore as it used to do.
Why am I getting this message and is there a way to elliminate it? Is there a
way to get Outlook to resume deleting the junk email again?
