junk email filter and custom rules (Outlook 2003)

Hi!
I have created some of my custom rules, that move mails to some sub-folders.
But I also want Outlook to run its Junk E-mail filter before any rule is
fired. How to accomplish this?
In my rules I use "stop processing more rules" option - without it, me
e-mails are cloned in many subfolders, wich is awfull.

Thanks for any advice.
