I have problems with multiple users who want to turn off the Junk Email
filter in Outlook 2003. We have turned off Cached mode for Outlook, and
specified No Automatic Filtering but emails are still going into the Junk
Email Filter. I have also tried to specify *.* in the Safe Senders List but
legitimate emails still get placed there. I have tried removing the outlook
profile and even moving to a reinstalled PC but still..... All updates have
been done on the affected PCs.
Does anyone have any ideas?
