Is there a forum at Microsoft to post an email to that was caught by the
junk email filter that shouldn't have been caught? We received an email
from a client that was sent to only two recipients here and the junk email
filter grabbed it even though it was legit. We receive emails from numerous
other users at this client and they are not stopped and I belive we've even
received emails from this particular contact before.
Their name was all CAPS before the @ sign - any effect?
