Junk email filtering will not turn off

I use Outlook for my business email which is IMAP. I have turned off junk
email filtering in Outlook and on my web based email system. However, when I
downlaod emails and them open them up in the IMAP in box folder it will
randomly send them to the junk email folder or delete them. Does anyone know
how to fix this.

When you say it "deletes" them, do you mean that it marks them for deletion
and displays them with an overstike?

yes. it strikes through the message only after I open it. When I open it is
yells me it is junk mail.

Where does it tell you it's junk mail?
