Junk email folder

I have outlook 2000. I have the junk e-mail turned on. Now for some reason
when I click on the junk e-mail it says 'unable to display folder'. Hope you
can help

Outlook 2000 doesn't have a Junk E-mail folder. Are you connected to an
Exchange 2003 server?
