Junk email troubles

Outlook 2000. A few valid emails end up in the deleted
folder as though they are junk email. How do I prevent
valid emails from being automatically deleted?
I did not find the address in my junk or adult senders
list.

You might also want to check the Filters.txt file to see if the message in
question met any of Outlook's criteria for deciding if a message is likely
to be Spam or not. Filters.txt is a readme file, so editing it wouldn't do
any good, but it's still worth looking into.
