My junk emails are showing up as grey text in my inbox. I tried to set up a rule like this:
Criterion
Is junk email
Action
Move message

The only option to move message is to my INBOX. I have junk email protection at high. How do I get them to move??
Thanks
Donna

Hi Donna,

the "Inbox" button in the Edit Rule window is a dropdown menu; click on it,
and you'll get a list of your most recently used folders. If your preferred
folder is not in there, click on Other and navigate to the appropriate
folder.

That being said, such a rule should not be necessary; if you enable junk
mail protection (Tools>Junk E-mail Protection), Entourage should
automatically move junk messages into the local junk folder.

The key to the junk filter working is your Address Book. The JMF never
assigns messages from contacts in your Address Book to the Junk category.
