I get a lot of email from one of my correspondents that keeps going into the
junk-trash bin. Could someone please assist with how to set things so that
mail from this particular individual does not go to junk.

Those of you who regularly post here in answer to our questions do not get
the credit you deserve. A special thanks from me anyhow

When you open the message, there should be a button that says "Not Junk".
When you click this is will ask you if you want to add the address to the
sae sender's list.
