I installed Outlook 2003 about a month ago, and started
using the Junk options immediately. It worked great,
seemed to catch about 80% of the junk on its own. With
the rest of the junk, I have been adding to the blocked
list as I go along, and periodically edit it so the
entire domain is blocked, so it got better. Worked great
a week ago. I came back from the weekend, and found it
had ceased to work, of 380 spams, it filtered 4. So I
went to look for updates, found the September Junk mail
update, installed it, and configured it to block out
international addresses and character sets. Still no go.
ONe thing I did do to speed up editing blocked addresses,
was to save it as a text file, edit it on my desktop, and
import it as a text file. But other then that no settings
changed, what worked last week doesn't now. Anyone know?
