Junk Filter Stopped Working

I upgraded a Win2000 machine from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003 specifically for the junk filter.

When it was first upgraded, and the junk filter set to "High"; it was filtering junk properly. After about 1 day, the filter stopped working. Now, no mail, spam or otherwise is filtered into the junk folder. The setting is still set for "High".

Suggestions?
