Outlook 2002 Sp3 MS XP Pro.

I would like to have a Macro to automatically handle my Junk mail.

My ISP has an address to which I send all junk mail .. not sure if it really
helps .. but at least it makes me feel better.

All I need is a way to automate the FORWARD to a specific address and then
DELETE the item. Sounds easy but in Outlook 2002 there is no way to generate
this using keystrokes alone.

I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks in advance
