I have mail filtering turned off the only messages that should move to the Junk E-mail folder are those on my blocked senders list. When one of these arrives, I am notified that the message has been moved, but the message is actually deleted. I do not use Microsoft Exchange, and I am the only one to access my e-mail accounts, so the information in your troubleshooting section is not applicable. I have checked and re-checked the Junk e-mail settings and the "Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail instead of moving it to the Junk E-mail folder" box is not checked. Please help.
