Junk Mail Filter not working since Filter Update

Hello all,
I've just installed the latest Junk Mail Filter for Outlook 2003 (inc SP1)
via Office Update, and now no spam is filtered, everything ends up in my
Inbox. I've re-installed the filter update manually, and all the junk mail
setting is set to High.
Any ideas? I'm just using SMTP mail, not an Exchange server, and I'm using
Windows XP Pro SP2.
