I am using Office XP. My OUTLOOK Junk E-Mail Rule which
is built into OUTLOOK is set to MOVE junk mail to the
Junk Mail Folder. Instead it copies junk mail to the
Junk Mail Folder leaving a copy in my inbox, which is
most annoying and defeats the purpose. I currently have
moved the Junk E-Mail Rule to the last rule in my rules
so that it is the last rule that looks at my mail. There
is no provision in this built-in rule to allow you to
indicate that once the rule has executed, "Stop
Processing any more rules" so I can't move it up in the
rule chain. How can I get this rule to MOVE rather than
COPY the e-mails to the Junk Mail Folder?
Thanks Tom
