I'm using outook 2003 in a Exchange 2000 org.
I'm not using cached mode so the junk email filter is not available to me.
Plus in Junk email options "no automatic filtering" is selected.
Even so legit messages still end up in my junk email folder. Some examples
are messages from Microsoft TechNet Flash, sometimes messages from senders in
my own domain/org (even though - since first seeing this - I have added
"@mydomain.org" to the Safe Senders list), messages from CDW (even though -
since first seeing this - I have added "@cdw.com" to the Safe Senders list).
Also messages from a mailing list even though I have set up a rule to move
messages from this mailing list to a folder. Other rules work fine for the
most part.
Any ideas?
I'm going to upgrade to Exchange 2003 soon and at that time, I'm going to
try GFI MailEssentials, but I'd like to get these native false positives
under control before then.
