Junk Mail Folder in Korean

I am running O2003 SP2 on an EX2003 SP2 server. One user has reported that
his Junk Email folder is in a foreign language (non-English). Since this is
a system folder it cannot be renamed via properties. Will the
/resetfoldername switch work?
