junk mail from similar subject lines microsoft Outlook

I keep getting junk mail from folks and the subject line always contains
similar matter (Peter Gilbert). Is there a way to filter Microsoft Outlook
(2003 SP1) by subject line or words in subject line? Junk mail filters only
seem available by sender, but sender has myriad domain names.
