Junk mail function

Lewis SHanks

For some reason my Junk Mail function seems to have been shut off. The
folder has a red circle with a line through it (meaning it is off?), but I
cannot figure out how to start it up again. Help, as I am now getting all of
that junk mail in my in box.

Thanks
Lewis

The folder with the crossed circle is the default Junk Mail folder. It does not mean it is not functioning - it is how it is displayed on all versions of outlook.

What version are you using and why do you think the Junk Mail filter is no longer working?

I am using Outlook 2003. Suddenly, all of the junk mail seems to be coming
into my "IN" folder instead of junk mail.

Thanks

No, that's just the normal Junk E-mail folder icon.

What version of Outlook? What are your Junk E-mail settings?

Lewis SHanks

Yes:
The Junk Mail options are actually set on "LOW". There were no specific
rules set up in this program.

Thanks
Lewis
