junk mail problem

Gary with junk email problems

I have outlook 2003... for some reason which i cannot figure out.. many of my
"safe sender list" ends up in my junk email folder.. cuasing my loss of
valuable safe emails.. now I have to go through my junk email to search for
emails that is actually safe,, how do I correct this? is it a virus?
