Junk Mail Settings

Is there a way to eliminate the Junk mail and have the messages that I have
rules set up for go right to the delete bin?

If you have set a rule to delete a msg that meets the rule settings then it
will be deleted.
The mail that ends up in Junk Mail is bypassing your rule
