[JUNK MAIL] tag still appears with filtering turned off

I don't need Outlooks help--at all--regarding spam or junk mail filtering.
Using Outlook 03 with all latest updates, and after going to
Tools/Options/Prefs/Junk E-Mail Options, and selecting No Auto Filtering,
this annoying tag still appears. And, since this particular account gets
virtually zero spam or junk mail, it appears on legit mail, which then has to
be removed when replying. Have McAfee virus scanning, but this does not
attach that annoying tag. Please help!

Any third party antispam software installed, perhaps with McAfee?
