Junk rules doing its own thing?

I have no one in my junk email rule but outlook keeps moving email into the
junk folder?

is there a file or list some where I can see of what outlook should move?

You can look this up in Help directly in Outlook. You
need to search for a file Filters.txt this will give you
the list of terms that Outlook uses. As far as I can tell
this file is not editable, making Junk Email filtering
thru Outlook virtually useless if you are in the sales
field. We are using SpamBayes Outlook Plugin now and
really like it.
