Need to create a query to keep track of overtime. It must keep running
total from week to week.
Example:
EMPid /Sum of OTDLhOURSUSED previous week/(oTDLaTE /TDLOP/) Monday)((oTDLaTE
/TDLOP/)Tuesday) clear to Saturday/ Sum of OTDLhOURSUSED for current week/
Sum of OTDLhOURSUSED from previous week and sum of OTDLhOURSUSED of current
week. It should calulate Sundays and only show Monday to Saturday this is
the report is the next design
