Just-In-Time Debugging Error

I'm getting the following error "An Unhandled win32 exception has occurred
in MSACCESS.EXE[4300]. No installed debugger has just-in-time debugging
enabled. In Visual Studio, just-in-time debugging can be enabled..."

This is occurring in MS-Access 2007 after Service Pack 2 has been installed,
with the /runtime switch applied in a shortcut. Without the /runtime switch,
the app opens without error.

Any suggestions on how to resolve?
