Just installed Office professional PC bad

Just bought a new pc 3 days ago and installed OFFICE XP
professional whichs was purchase seperately.

Now the PC is not working and I'll need to return it.

Can I move 'office' to the replacement machine without
the FBI knocking on my Door?

Yes, you will just have to use the telephone method of activating it and
explain to the tech what happened.
