What is the logon to use to administer the server?

I simply get a login page and dont know what account to use to get started.

The account was set during install. The default is
Administrator. Try a blank password and if that doesn't
work you will need to find the person that installed it.
If they did not record the password, Dale and Gary's site
hae an FAQ for resetting the admin password, but you will
need to have access to the database directly or a DBA
that does.
