hey how can i justify a paragraph which is copied from a .txt file ( to be
more precise how can I justify several lines where “enter†has been pressed
after each line?)?

for example the lines are like this=

the quick brown fox jumps
over the lazy dog the quick brown
fox jumps over the
lazy dog the quick
brown fox jumps over the lazy dog

and I wanna make it like this =

the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog the quick brown fox jumps over
the lazy dog the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog ......

You have to go to the end of each line and press the Del key and possibly
add a space between the two joined lines once Del is pressed. Do this for
all lines and you then can justify without any issues.

Time consuming, yes, but without a macro or VB program to do it, it is the
only way.
