Thank you very much for the link!
I posted a message a few days ago that hasn't been answered, but relates to
this topic.

If anyone has got a tip on this one, please advice.

--- original message ---

PServer2002 is currently running on a test-machine.
I need to move the project-database from this installation to a newly
installed server with Windows2003 running PServer2003.

The question is: How do I do this most effeciently?

My plan is to
1) Upgrade the current server from Pserver2002 to PServer2003, and use the
new backup function
2) Install a clean PServer2003 on the new Windows2003 server
3) Restore the database on the new server from the old one using the new
restore function.

Will this give me any problems, or could it be done in a better way?

Thanks!
Kasper

I would just install 2003 on the new server then move the db to the new
box, run the upgrade scripts on it and then run the WSS Migrate utility
to upgrade your STS info to WSS.
