I created a document in Excel 2000. Someone else created hyperlinks with Excel 2003. I can not open the hyperlink. KB823027 is the only related article I can find. Any suggestions??

I wasn't able to duplicate this behavior on my system: I created a document
in 2000, then created hyperlinks in 2003. The hyperlinks work back in Excel
2000.

Are you able to create a hyperlink yourself in the same document, and does
it work?

You might try posting to one of the Excel newsgroups where the Excel gurus
tend to hang out. This newsgroup is for issues related to the Office
Updates.
