It was available as of Thursday jan 5, 2006 at 11:30

It works if you have SP3 already installed. You will have too go to the
calendar options and add the holiday after loading the patch.

SNSSMIS, as I wrote in another string, I get an HTTP Error 404 notice, and
that's with three different browsers, moments ago at about 6:30 PM PDT
January 5. Why are you able to access it and I am not?

I am running XP Home with all current updates, and Norton Antivirus 2005
with all current updates. My Norton logs don't show any blocking of the
Microsoft site. The firewall is Norton's, not XP's (XP's firewall is off).

Could it have to do with Windows security settings?

On a later try, the Microsoft link worked.

Have no idea why many times it would not.

Even though i was not able to go to the KB article yesterday, the link i
provided to the download site was working. I hope it helped everyone.
