I have Windows XP Home and I am also getting the "Unable to Install" message.
Plus after the last update, and this could only be a coincidence, parts of
the abilities of my HP printer no longer work.
I read the posts regarding Vista and the Outlook update and the ideas don't
seem to work for those questioners so I don't think they will work for me.
Any other suggestions?
