Keep category while reply/forward mail

Hi,

Is there any way to keep original category while reply/forward mail in
Outlook 2007? I understand you treat category as personal information. As
it is personal, I do really want to keep it as I already organized my mail.
I like Outlook 2003 cause it do help me organize mail very well!

I saw a message said that I can use Rules to assign category while sending
mail, but I think it cannot handle some situations! For example: I am a
system support. I need to handle many customer's request. I will assign
category to difference customer. I may send customer questions to another
colleague to follow up, how can I set the Rules? Or I can say, Rules cannot
help in such situation!

You can do this via the registry;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Preferences
Value Name: SendPersonalCategories
Value Type: DWORD
Value Data: 1

If the key has the value 0 or is not available then you won't keep the
categories on replies and forwards.

I applied this fix except that mine looked like this

Categories still disappear.....

I don't have a choice about 11.0 or 12.0... in regedit the only path I get is
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Preferences

So where do I go from here?

Are you sure you're using Outlook 2007? What we're talking about here
applies only to Outlook 2007.

From the about microsoft outlook panel I am using MS Office Outlook 2007
(12.0.6316.5000) MSO (12.0.6320.5000) part of MSO Enterprise 2007.
