I converted my word document with endnote links that take you directly to the
reference at the end of the document. After converting info PDF, the links
take the reader to the last page of the document instead of the actual
endnote reference.
For example, I push on endnote 2 in the document and it takes me to the last
page which has endnotes 30-38. I have enabled the "convert endnotes to
links". Any way to make it work correctly in a PDF version?
