Keep getting "Enter Network Password" pop-up

I have Windows XP and I just set up a new email account. Every time I do a
send/receive I keep getting a pop-up window that says "Enter Network
Password" even though I have selected Remember password in the Email Accounts
window. How do I get rid of this?
