Keep getting Enter Network Password prompt. How do I stop it?

The prompt keeps appearing and unless i'm here to click OK, it prevents
Outlook downloading my email. I've removed and then re-entered the email
account details, but it still does it. Never has done before, so why has it
started to do this now? Thanks in advance for any and all help!
