keep getting incorrect product key now what ?

I suppose that might hinge on where you got the key from, and whether this
is a new installation, on what version of Office, and from where you
obtained it

But does that mean retail version or oem version supplied with PC, still
doesnt answer were the key was found, and if retail have you phoned/emailed
MS to obtain a new key

Have you asked the retailer/oem about a key? Where is the documentation/CD
case with the PID on it?
