keep getting paper size error window

I am doing wedding invitation width 5.5" x 7.75 height....loaded info into page setup under custom sz, but when i print it says paper sz in paper tray is larger than paper selection...what's up?

Word reads page details from the printer driver. In this case, the printer
is telling Word that the paper in the printer is larger than 5.5 x 7.75.

Word is not good with custom paper sizes. Use a standard paper size and
restrict the print area with margins.
