keep incoming mail on the server

i have 4 users sharing a mailbox on 0utlook 2000. the server is my
roadrunner broadband account. all 4 users have checked off "leave incoming
mail on server" under the advanced tab in the accounts section of outlook.
however, the only mail that remains on the roadrrunner webmail site is the
master/default user on outlook. all other accounts get mail on outlook on the
home computer but it is never seen on the rr server. how do i get outlook to
keep mail from the three sub accounts on the rr webmail server?

Are they four separate POP accounts? They need to be....
