Keep Outlook from including me when I "reply to all"?

Version? Outlook has a problem knowing who 'you' are - it's fixed in 2003,
as long as the address it was sent to is the same as the one you are sending
from. If you use forwarding or a catchall mailbox, it won't know who 'you'
are.
